Privacy policy

This policy explains how Videopreneur Studios handles information when you use Atelier, our AI image and video studio.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, a password hash, sign-in records, and account settings.
• Studio content: prompts, reference images you upload, generation results, job status, and usage history.
• Billing records: subscription, invoice and payment identifiers, amounts, payment status, and billing periods.
• Technical information: IP addresses and request logs used to operate the service, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.

How we use this information

We use information to create and secure your account, process your generation requests, save and deliver your results, manage subscriptions and allowances, send account and payment emails, answer support requests, and investigate billing or security problems.

Payments and recurring billing

Razorpay handles payment entry and recurring payment authorization. Atelier does not store your full card number, card security code, UPI PIN, or bank login credentials. We retain payment and subscription references needed to verify access, reconcile payments, handle refunds, and keep billing records. Razorpay processes information under its privacy policy.

Service providers

Prompts and reference material are sent to the generation engine and the AI services it uses to fulfil your request. Generated media is stored in Cloudflare R2. Resend delivers account and subscription emails. Our hosting and network providers process requests needed to operate Atelier. Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, and checkout loads Razorpay’s payment interface.

These services may process information on infrastructure outside your location and apply their own privacy terms. Please avoid uploading confidential information or personal data about others unless you have permission to use it.

Private galleries and public examples

Access to your gallery is checked against your signed-in account. Media downloads use temporary access links; anyone you share a live download link with may be able to access that file while it remains valid. Public examples on our landing page are selected demonstration content. Paying for a membership does not automatically make your gallery public.

Cookies and browser storage

This subscription site and Atelier each use a host-only session cookie to keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers studio preferences and helps resume an unfinished checkout. Blocking or clearing this storage may sign you out or reset those preferences. Razorpay may use its own cookies or storage inside checkout.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information, content, and billing records as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us from your registered email to request correction, account closure, or deletion. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained after account closure.

Your choices and account security

You can change your password, cancel future subscription renewals, and contact us about your information. Keep your password and emailed account links private. We use access controls and HTTPS connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
