These terms govern your use of Atelier, the AI image and video studio provided by Videopreneur Studios.

Effective 25 October 2026. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the studio, you agree to these terms.

The service

Atelier provides access to text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation, with a private gallery and downloads. It is a digital service delivered online; no physical products are shipped.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. New subscribers receive an email to choose a password after their first qualifying payment is verified. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Membership, price and allowance

The standard monthly membership costs ₹999 plus 18% GST (₹179.82), for a total of ₹1,178.82 per month. It includes 500 video generations and 1,000 image generations per paid billing cycle. Unused allowance does not roll over. Failed or cancelled generations do not count toward the allowance.

Any other arrangement explicitly granted by Videopreneur Studios applies as stated for that account. Pricing and payment details are shown before you authorize checkout.

Recurring payments

Razorpay processes subscription payments. By accepting the renewal terms and authorizing checkout, you authorize monthly charges at the displayed amount until cancellation or the end of the configured subscription. Standard subscriptions are configured for up to 120 monthly cycles. Access is granted only after the appropriate payment and billing period are verified. A failed renewal may interrupt generation access when the paid period ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel future renewals from the subscription page after signing in. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself request a refund.

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if the paid billing period is unused. The same rule applies to renewal payments for their respective periods. See the refund and cancellation policy for eligibility and how to request a refund. A full refund ends generation access for that paid period.

Your uploads and generated content

Only upload prompts and reference material you are entitled to use. You permit Atelier and its service providers to process that material as needed to generate, store, and deliver your results. You remain responsible for checking outputs before publishing or using them, including checking any third-party rights, consent, and applicable restrictions.

AI results can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or different from what you requested. Atelier does not promise that every result is unique or suitable for a particular commercial use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, or content that violates others’ rights. Do not attempt to bypass account limits, access another member’s media, interfere with the service, or exploit payment or authentication systems. Access may be restricted while abuse or security issues are investigated.

Availability and saved work

Generation depends on upstream AI services and queue capacity. Times vary, and interruptions may occur. We do not promise a fixed generation time. If membership ends, generation access stops; you can still sign in to view saved work while it is retained by the service. Download important results rather than relying on the gallery as your only archive.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy describes how account information, content, and billing records are handled. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Any revised payment amount will be disclosed before a new authorization is requested.
